President-Principal

Dale has 35 years of automotive retail experience.  Has been with PMG for 20+ years helping dealers achieve their goals with specialized sales training, F&I development and in-house mentoring.  Dale lives in Rutland Mass with his wife and 3 kids.  They enjoy spending time outside both at home and camping.

Mark Ross
Vice President of Dealer Development - Principal

Mark has been in the automotive retail industry for the past 37 years. He spent his first 10 yrs working for several large automotive groups starting in sales, transitioning to F&I and finishing as GM. For the next 27 years Mark has been on the road as a field rep calling on auto dealerships, with the last 14 yrs working at Performance Mgmt. Group. Mark lives on Cape Cod with his wife Janice and they enjoy spending time on their boat.

Michael Arnold
Account Executive

Mike has over 30 years professional experience in helping clients and dealerships develop strategies and direction to achieve their desired goals.  Mike provides a dedicated commitment to superior customer service, built on national and local results, taking pride in working to surpass client expectations.  In his spare time, he enjoys D-I-Y projects, antique vehicles, the ocean, playing golf and spending time with family and friends.

Office Manager

With over 20 years of Agency Administrative experience, Shelley is a valuable resource to our Dealerships as they navigate the sometimes-complicated side of the business. Her meticulous attention to detail provides assurance and peace of mind that all behind-the-scenes activities are being handled on a timely basis and in a professional manner. As an invaluable member of the PMG team, Shelley is a dependable asset who takes pride on delivering quality work with the client’s satisfaction in mind. She resides in Holden Mass with her 3 children and in her free time enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach.
